Buyback Policy

This buyback policy is applicable on jewellery after 14 days of purchase from www.pngadgil.com. To initiate the buyback, send us an email to [email protected] or contact us on +918806907567 & +91 9322924872. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned at any P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited stores across India.

Note:

1. This buyback policy is predicated on delivering the fair market value of jewellery and diamond solitaires. The prevailing market rate shall apply to all products.
2. The store will perform a basic quality check after the product is received, and if eligible for buyback, will hand it over to the Ecom department. Once the product is received at the Ecom department, it will be subjected to quality confirmation by our E-com quality assurance team.
3. P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited retains the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal.
4. No buyback shall be made without the original invoice copy and original diamond certificate presented by the customer.
5. Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) is eligible for buyback.
6. P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.

Exchange Policy

To initiate the exchange on any jewellery purchased from www.pngadgil.com, send us an email to [email protected] or contact us on +91 8806907567 & +91 9322924872. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned at any P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited stores across India.

Note:

1. Customized Jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) and precious stones (pearl and coral) is not eligible for a 14-day exchange. Lifetime exchange is available.
2. The store will perform a basic quality check after the product is received, and if eligible for exchange, will hand it over to the Ecom department. Once the product is received at the Ecom department, it will be subjected to quality confirmation by our E-com quality assurance team.
3. P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited retains the right to calculate the exchange amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal.
4. No exchange shall be made without the original invoice copy and original diamond certificate presented by the customer.
5. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Exchange amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.
6. Full value exchange will not be applicable if the jewellery sold has been tampered with, altered, misused, broken, or repaired by any means.
7. For exchange of jewellery purchased from us, labor charges, appropriate loss of weight, and percentage of solder will be deducted.
8. There will be no deduction in the weight of hallmarked gold jewellery purchased from P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited.
9. If the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
10. 10. If the exchange value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method, but if it is a Lifetime Exchange, then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

    a) Making charges: The discount would not be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange value.

    b) Gold or Diamond value: The entire discount will be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange value.

    c) MRP: The discount will be deducted on the actual making charges of the design while arriving at the final Lifetime Exchange value.

11. Any new product purchased against Lifetime Exchange Value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for 100% exchange (14 days) and Lifetime Exchange.
12. An additional 10% will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange Value if the customer does not have the original invoice.
13. The customer can exchange the product within 14 days for the full value only once. If exchanged for the second time, it will be considered a Lifetime Exchange.
14. The overall process of exchange initiation will require 7-10 working days.
15. This policy is not applicable for international orders.
16. P N Gadgil Jewellers Private Limited retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any dissonance, we have the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra details of the customer to accept orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled wholly or partially or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order.

Once you place the order, it can be canceled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Gold and silver bullion order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance. We don't accept cancellation for Made to Order and customized jewellery products. In case the customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with other product(s), check our Exchange/Buyback Policy.
